* Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestones or before final delivery.

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.
Clients agree to:

* Supply all required content, images, branding assets, and credentials on time.
* Review deliverables promptly.
* Approve or request revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
Project delays caused by missing client materials or feedback may affect delivery dates.
Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement:
* Revisions are limited to the agreed revision rounds.
* Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment:
* The client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified.
* Rayyan Digital retains ownership of internal processes, development methods, templates, reusable code, frameworks, and proprietary tools used during development.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Projects may include third-party products or services such as:
* Hosting providers
* Domain registrars
* WordPress plugins
* Premium themes
* APIs
* Stock images
* SaaS platforms
Rayyan Digital is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing updates, licensing restrictions, or discontinued services provided by third parties.
Unless covered under a maintenance agreement, Rayyan Digital is not responsible for:
* Future software updates
* Plugin conflicts
* Security incidents
* Hosting issues
* Content updates
* Website modifications made by third parties
While we follow industry best practices, Rayyan Digital does not guarantee:
* Search engine rankings
* Specific traffic increases
* Lead generation
* Sales improvements
Search engine algorithms and ranking factors are beyond our control.
Marketing performance depends on numerous factors, including competition, audience behavior, advertising platforms, and market conditions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific business results or return on investment.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive business information to third parties unless required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayyan Digital shall not be liable for:
* Loss of revenue
* Loss of profits
* Business interruption
* Data loss
* Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
If the client cancels after work has begun:
* Payments already made are non-refundable.
* The client must pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rayyan Digital reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media for promotional purposes.
Confidential projects will not be publicly displayed without client permission.
We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Users agree not to:
* Use our website for unlawful purposes.
* Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
* Upload malicious software or harmful code.
